High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
From the first light of Sunrise Sweat to the energizing Weekend Warrior, our HIIT classes are designed to ignite your metabolism, boost endurance, and build functional strength. All fitness levels welcome—bring your energy, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Core & Strength
Our Core & Strength classes help you build from the inside out. With a focus on stability, posture, and total-body power, these sessions are perfect for anyone looking to develop foundational strength with intention and purpose.
Zen Classes (in partnership with Junction 9)
Breathe, stretch and strengthen with Yoga, Mat Pilates, and Reformer Pilates – thoughtful movement that enhances mobility, strength, and mind and body connection.
Strength & Conditioning
Push your limits with full-body strength, power, and athletic conditioning. From explosive formats like Power Surge and Weekend Power Boost, to focused sessions like Upper Body Blast and Lower Body Blast, these classes build real performance and confidence.
Boxing (in collaboration with Rumble West 85th)
Our boxing classes combine high-energy cardio, strength, and skill-based training for a full-body sweat. Punch, move, and train like an athlete in these empowering sessions.
Barre (in partnership with Barre Belle)
